  • This course is specifically designed to enhance the communication skills of automotive technicians,
    enabling them to effectively interact with customers both face to face and over the phone. In today’s
    customer-centric world, technicians need to adapt their communication styles to meet the demands
    of modern customers and the influence of social media. This course focuses on boosting technicians’
    confidence and providing them with the tools to improve their communication skills when dealing with
    technical and non-technical matters. Participants will learn how to understand their customers, listen
